Company Shares – Shareholders’ Contributions

The company’s capital is seventy thousand euros (70.000€) and is divided into seventy (70) company shares, each with a nominal value of one thousand euros (1.000€).
The capital consists exclusively and in its entirety of capital contributions.
Therefore, the total value of the capital contributions is seventy thousand euros (€70,000) and there are no extra-capital or guarantee contributions.

The total amount of capital was contributed by the founders of the company as follows :

1. Christina Karantani of Ioannis – Andreas and Theodora, EUR 56,000 in cash, who received 56 company shares representing 80% of the company’s capital, which were deposited in the company’s treasury
2. Panagiotis Mihalos, of Georgios and Kalliopi, in the amount of EUR 14 000 in cash, who received 14 company shares corresponding to a 20% share in the company’s capital, which were paid into the company’s treasury.

Should the company cease to exist in the future, each partner will share in the profits in proportion to the number of shares held in the company.

Appointment of a manager – Duration of management – Remuneration

The management and representation of the company is hereby entrusted for its entire duration to the partner Christina Karantani of Ioannis-Andreas, who will legally represent the company and will perform all acts of management and disposal in all cases related to the purpose of the company, signing under the company name.
